It's really hard for me to accept what boils down to changing the spark plugs in my car cost $1400. That is nothing short of robbery. I know it was more than changing the spark plugs, but really, that w changing the spark plugs in my car cost $1400. That is nothing short of robbery. Soon after I bought this car in 2010 (my 4th Odyssey) I found that Sisk was trying to scam people into unneeded work. That was 14 years ago. I'll remember it this time. I won't be back. More

After having White's run diagnostics on my car several different times, they told me it was 3 different parts (O2 Sensor, Negative Battery Cable, and Alternator) that would fix my issue. About $2,400 late different times, they told me it was 3 different parts (O2 Sensor, Negative Battery Cable, and Alternator) that would fix my issue. About $2,400 later they return the car back to me and tell me they have no idea what is going on and it's not fixed, and they gave me absolutely no information on how I should move forward. Somehow, I am still expected to pay though. I am having a second opinion done on my car and then I plan to go back to White's and demand answers. If that is not successful in providing me any information, I will be seeking legal advice. More

Was there over 4 hours for general oil service and tire rotation, and did not fix my problems pertaining to lane departure light. I feel like they could have made an effort. It sounds like they just want m rotation, and did not fix my problems pertaining to lane departure light. I feel like they could have made an effort. It sounds like they just want me to buy a Honda factory windshield instead of let my insurance replace it with an outside business. I’m assuming I just have to deal with my steering wheel vibrating sporadically. If I have an accident related to this, I guess the dealership and Honda are willing to pay all costs.
