Once again, or perhaps more accurately stated, as has been my experience from the beginning, the service and customer care of White's Auto has been just superb! This is only place any service and repair the vehicle has had since purchasing in July 2018. Mr. Phillips personally greeted me the morning of my appointment and spent an extremely large amount of time speaking with me. When the problem was analyzed and identified, Mr. Stewart outlined the prospective timeline to complete the repair. What was also above and beyond is that Mr. Stewart called me early the next day to inform me that the part did come in, and I could bring the vehicle in anytime. Lastly, the vehicle is covered by a Lifetime Warranty, and Mike worked that piece totally saving our family a good bit of money, and giving us a great sense of peace. This vehicle is primarily driven my daughter who has been driving for only one year. So the safety and reliability of the vehicle and those who stand behind it gives my daughter a sense of security too. So with all that has been done, the question is, “Who does that these days?” My answer is that very few businesses and individuals. If you’re looking to purchase a Honda, better service and customer satisfaction will be found no where else. I won't take this vehicle anywhere else...period.
