I made an appointment for my car to be fixed here. The appointment was made for a Monday. Come Monday. I called to insure they knew that the car was there. I was told that the technician would look at it after lunch. They didn't move or look at the car till Thursday that week. They called me and told me I would need a new immobilizer which would have been $1100. I called back no more than 15 minutes later and asked them to check the auto start I had behind the glove box. I was told again that the technician would check it as soon as he got back from lunch. He did not. I ended up going there myself. I was able to fix the problem myself in under 10 minutes. I wasn't particularly happy as the keys were left on the dashboard. They still charged me $140 for them to misdiagnose the car. I purchased a car there a week prior and will not be going back for any maintenance or to purchase a vehicle. More
