Very accommodating. Even though they were short on mechanics it took about 2 hours to change oil and service my Jeep. I have bought my Jeep from Whites auto mall and the service center really tries to go out of there way to accommodate me. More

Was told car would take 2hrs to complete. After 7hrs, I called and paperwork wasn’t done. I was left waiting all day without a car and my original ride to pick it up was no longer available. Overall the shop doesn't communicate and clearly doesn't listen to customers. Hate to be the bad guy but being without my truck for 3 days for an easy fix and it still not getting repaired is pathetic listen to customers.
