I was able to drop my vehicle off before going on vaction. Barbara kept me informed throughout the process of diagnostics and parts. On the day of pick up, one of the ladies - whose name escapes me, seemed bothered that I would dare ask her about my vehicle, but other than that, I had no issues and courtesy from the rest of the staff was top notch. Courtesy was the name of the game, and very important to me. All negotiations were above board, all information on the used vehicle was made available to me. The freshly cleaned vehicle was available when me. All negotiations were above board, all information on the used vehicle was made available to me. The freshly cleaned vehicle was available when promised, the parts department even replaced a battery on one of the key fobs which didn't work. Natalia was my salesperson and Brad the gentleman who completed all the necessary financial paperwork. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and those employees to others.
