I have never worked with a better dealer. I sent a text message about this truck at 1:00 am on Tuesday morning to my salesman (Ryan Conley) and he called me back at that time of the night. I live in Kingston Springs Tn. I got to the dealership at 11:00 am made the deal and was back home (115 miles oneway)about 3:00pm. There business manager (Jeff Rivera) would not leave me alone, he just keep making sure that everything was going as it should. This is buy far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a diesel Eco jeep for $13k out the door and not even 2 months I find there were 2 glow plugs broke in the head and a shot turbo. Took it to them and they would only give me $5k for my jeep back aft even 2 months I find there were 2 glow plugs broke in the head and a shot turbo. Took it to them and they would only give me $5k for my jeep back after waiting there for 9 hours!!!!!. I had to eat $8000 which was my loan payoff. Sold me a lemon and they “helped me out” by only giving me way less than half of what I paid. I good dealer would have truly taken care of me. More
