Outstanding warranty service, quick and easy! I had warranty work that needed to get done before my 36,000 mile warranty expired. Despite the ongoing pandemic White River Toyota allowed me to drop I had warranty work that needed to get done before my 36,000 mile warranty expired. Despite the ongoing pandemic White River Toyota allowed me to drop it off after hours, they diagnosed the needed repairs, and ordered the required parts. My 2018 Tacoma was returned to service within 2 days of dropping it off with no problems and no charge for the warranty work. FYI, the Toyota dealership near my residence was closed until mid-May for service work. Thank you Dana Raney and White River Toyota for keeping us running and safe on the road! More
Done with their poor service Since buying a Prius here, the service has gotten worse and worse. It seems like every time I bring it in now they'll find SOMETHING wrong, and we ge Since buying a Prius here, the service has gotten worse and worse. It seems like every time I bring it in now they'll find SOMETHING wrong, and we get to haggle about whether or not it's even real. This last visit was the last straw. Brought in for a Check Engine Light, and charged double what it should have taken them to diagnose. But let's back up; I had to call after I left because they didn't explain anything. I called the service manager, who recommend that not only do we change the 2 sensors the Check Engine Light coded on (to the tune of $300 and $450 respectively), but oh yeah the ECM needs replacing at a cost of $1000. No answer as to why, these things happen, pay us now. When I complained this seemed outrageously expensive, he said he wouldn't argue with me and hung up! I called back and asked to speak to a manager, who said the same thing: pay up. These things happen. Sucks to be you. I told him that's ridiculous, and that they charged me for 2 hours of work when their own employee told me they'd only worked on it for 1 hour. He said no, the computer clearly says the tech clocked in and did 1:45 of work. Their own employee told me they didn't, but he refused to do anything about it. Needless to say I'll be going somewhere else for maintenance and buying from now on. More
