Busy dealership Had a panel hanging down from the undercarriage and the service team took it in next day and made the fix. Very friendly and helpful! I was in getting a lengthy service done the day after a big snow storm. My ride was late because of the snow causing me to wait for a few hours. Service trouble shot the problem & gave the detailed information I needed to present to the hand control specialist. It turned out to be a defective part with the hand controls. Causing the hand controls to interfer with the brakes even when driving it normally. They took care of our concerns with the safety being the utmost priority. I had one brief departure back in the 90s when I purchased a Honda, huge mistake as I saw the big difference between Toyota service and Honda service.
