Excellent Service I needed a 60,000 mile service. I called and had an appt. within 48 hours at a time that fit my schedule. When I dropped off my vehicle, noticed that I needed a 60,000 mile service. I called and had an appt. within 48 hours at a time that fit my schedule. When I dropped off my vehicle, noticed that I needed an inspection as well- they were able to do it at the same time. They asked when I needed my car back by, again so it was convenient for me. They called me when my vehicle was ready, which was sooner than I told them I needed it by. The staff was friendly, efficient and provided excellent service from the time I walked in the door until I left. Very impressed with how quick, professional and easy this all was. Always a great experience There was an issue with the inspection sticker on my car (just got it in April). I spoke with Sarah Reynold's on the phone about the issue and she asked me to bring it in as soon as I could to get it taken care of. When I arrived Sarah was occupied with other customers so Jason Quenneville helped me. I explained what was going on and he brought my car right into the garage. Everyone was very friendly and I enjoy going into White River Toyota because I know they will take care of any situation that I am in with my car. Sarah, Jason, and the service department are always great help! More

They took me when they said they would and finished quickly. A leaking right front tire simply needed the rim cleared of rust and a new seal applied. It was done promptly , and I was on my way. Great service & sales. I was in Service for a 10K service on my 4Runner and was met by Andy who went over all the items that would be addressed. He was very friendly, said I was in Service for a 10K service on my 4Runner and was met by Andy who went over all the items that would be addressed. He was very friendly, said it would take about an hour and invited me to wait in the Customer area. After I got a cup of fresh coffee, as I walked into the Sales area, Alexis, a Sales Rep, asked if she could help me with anything. I said, as a matter of fact, I would like some information on a vehicle. She spent several minutes going over the options on the vehicle and took me outside to look one over and test drive if I would like. She asked if she could put together a no obligation trade deal. During that process, John the Sales Manager, spent several minutes going over the various ways a trade could be accomplished. I said I would consider his generous offer. He remembered me from the previous three car purchases I had made through him and said he would do what it would take to keep me as a customer. About that time, the Service rep Andy said my car was ready. He went over every thing that was done to my vehicle, thanked me for coming in and asked if I would like to make my next Service appointment. Great people providing great service. More
