To address your mask-related concerns: It is indeed within the guidelines for the state of Vermont for you to be in our indoor waiting area without a mask, if (to quote state guidelines) wearing one 'Creates a challenge that is complicated or irritated by a facial covering.' We apologize for the confusion during your visit; we will be working to educate our staff on the state mandate, so as to avoid such situations in the future.
