Within three of four days I brought it back for more complete inspection, learned of its significant problems and returned to explore leasing a new vehicle. When ever my Rav has had to have extensive service done, she will call me at work and talk to me on what needs to be performed before any more service work continues on my Rav. I had the extended warranty coverage on my Rav, and Kim and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that everything that was covered under this warranty was checked and if need be replaced before the warranty expired. In 50 years of interacting with automobile service departments, White River Toyota is the first that never, ever hasn't tried to up-sell something tha In 50 years of interacting with automobile service departments, White River Toyota is the first that never, ever hasn't tried to up-sell something that I didn't want or need. First it was timing belts at least 60K miles sooner than the manufacturer's recomendation. Then it was cabin air filters. I don't know what the current fad is because I only get my cars serviced at White River Toyota and there is NO upsetting there. More

Service Toyota in WRJ has, overall, great customer support/ service. I have worked with Nate a few times in the service department and he is always very profe Toyota in WRJ has, overall, great customer support/ service. I have worked with Nate a few times in the service department and he is always very professional and communicative within reason about what is going on with my vehicle. That being said, the second to last service I had, I waited about 5 hours for the service to be completed because no one notified me it would take that long. Furthermore, this past service I dropped my car off at 8am one morning and was notified at 4pm that day that they had just gotten to the vehicle and would need to keep it overnight to finish the repairs. I should note that I had made appointments for both services. I have a sense that this service department is either over booking or lacking technicians/ mechanics or both. Honestly, this is unfortunate. I want to love this service department but the past couple times they’ve come up a little short. More
