Disappointed I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to change to summer tires. Given one at 9:45 on Thursday. My husband showed up but there was no appointmen I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to change to summer tires. Given one at 9:45 on Thursday. My husband showed up but there was no appointment for him It took two hours for the work tp be done. We leased the car in March 2018. He was told we needed an Inspection. I thought they were required rvery two years. Why after 14 months? More

Notification of prospective problems I came in for normal maintenance and installation of new tires. Was informed needed brakes which was not mentioned at last visit.
