Susan, I apologize for the disappointing experience. It is regrettable that you and your husband were not given a proper time estimate for the work being completed. Mounting and balancing four tires typically takes one and half to two hours. These appointments also include a complimentary multi-point inspection to make sure everything is in good working order.
