Car buying experience was smooth and pleasant, however service department is lacking availability and proper communication. No call when parts came in as promised. I finally got tired of waiting so I called and they said the part came in 2 weeks ago and now they’re booking appointments 1 month out. The drivers side seat belt latch was malfunctioning. My Highlander was brought immediately in for evaluation. A new latch was ordered and installed immediately though service was booking a month out. Yesterday Adam took care of my car, and he kept me up to date the whole time I was there. A most personable, pleasant, efficient advisor. Recently WRT began a new system whereby one’s usual service advisor may not be available. Today I returned with another vehicle and the wonderful Kimberli was back at her desk. While just about all the advisors I have worked with over the years have been very good, Kimberli is in a league of her own. Not only does she have the full knowledge and experience one expects to find at Toyota, her bubbly personality and warm nature somehow transforms the mega-company that is Toyota into the intimate, old-fashioned corner shop where one is treated like family. When Kimberli is around it’s like going to Cheers: I am going to be happy (and my car will be serviced impeccably). More

My 2014 camry was shuttering do to torque converter problem while I was on vacation. I stopped in at White River Toyota to see if this was covered under warranty. Dana ran my vin and said it sure is. I was planning to deal with it when I got home to Delaware, when Dana asked did I want them to fix it. I did not buy the car from them and it was warranty work, but you never would have known by the way I was treated. I scheduled an appointment for them to check the problem. They gave me a rental. Once the problem was confirmed they scheduled the work. Again they supplied a rental. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I cant thank you enough. Everything was handled and zero cost to me. I will be writing Toyota America to recoginize this dealership abd service writer. Again thank you More
