Had an issue with car pulling to the right after they rotated my tires and they immediately asked me to come in so they could figure it out. Turns out the rear tire was mid-shspened so when moved it to t rotated my tires and they immediately asked me to come in so they could figure it out. Turns out the rear tire was mid-shspened so when moved it to the front it caused the problem. They reversed the tires and all is well. Good job, everyone!! More

The service at White River Subaru truly couldn't be better. It feels like every member of the team goes out of their way to make sure that my car is taken care of in the most cost-effective and time-ef better. It feels like every member of the team goes out of their way to make sure that my car is taken care of in the most cost-effective and time-efficient way possible. They take the time to explain problems and explore solutions in a way that makes me feel very involved in the service, despite knowing next to nothing about cars. Sonya at White River even took extra time to contact Subaru for me during my last visit (completely unprompted) to make sure that I was getting the most out of my soon-to-expire warranty.
