Wrong service, annoyed sales person Scheduled a synthetic oil change online, waited an hour (no problem, I expected that). My 1 year old son walked with a toy onto the sales floor (where there were no customers present) and dropped a toy which was somewhat loud, and one the sales people looked at me and him then rolled her eyes at us as if I knew he was going to drop the toy... okay I guess I will buy my next car somewhere else... Once I checked out I drove off and glanced at the paperwork and my sticker, I received a conventional oil change per the paperwork and sticker. I called and they said they didn’t see any notes in their system about synthetic (the service I have email conf of booking), and then told me that I can go 6,000 miles on conventional in my car. I told them my sticker said 3,000 and I have always used synthetic, their solution was to give me a new sticker with the correct numbers. Will not go back, I have had these issues with having to remind them to do the service I scheduled, synthetic oil changes, multiple times, my sticker is almost always wrong. once they told me they billed and put sticker for conventional but that it was really synthetic. Probably the biggest turn off was the woman rolling her eyes at a long term customer who is in the market for the new ascent... More

Oil change and warranty Had an oil change and the Subaru multi point inspection after 12,000 miles. Appointment was easy to make and work was done on time. My break rotors needed to be resurfaced which was covered under warranty and now they feel like new! More
Best Customer Service Experience Dave and Skip were extremely helpful at check in and check out with my warranty claim. They reassured me that it was all taken care of. I just wished they had explained the results over the phone when they called to consult me t was ready to be picked up. Overall I was very satisfied with their customer service skills and friendliness and continued professionalism throughout the warranty process. Thank you guys! I was even able to request the service technician I wanted, and they followed it through 100%. Much appreciated! More

Long wait We learned we had a popped tire on Wednesday, they said one of two things could happen and because a it was popped on the outside of the tread we need We learned we had a popped tire on Wednesday, they said one of two things could happen and because a it was popped on the outside of the tread we needed a new tire. That was fine, we were told Saturday. A three day wait. We hear nothing Saturday and so we called, no tire maybe Monday. So we called Monday afternoon because we still didn’t hear anything. They said nope no tire, maybe tomorrow. We keep calling, no communication from them. Finally on Wednesday they get the tire (we had to call to find out) and they said they can’t mount it.... Thursday I call and ask they say anytime before 5:30! The fact we had to call for any information and had no calls on there part is just lousy service. Customer Service matters a lot and these people have no idea what they’re doing. More
VW service I had my VW Golf serviced here. The car store/prime has always had a good service reputation. Overall a fine experience - check in is easy, thorough, I had my VW Golf serviced here. My only problem was the little things afterwards - smudges on the inside of the windshield from the inspection sticker, floor/seat protectors crumpled on the floor. It took 2 minutes to clean them up but a disappointing way to end what was otherwise a fine experience. More
