The most dishonest dealership I've seen in 40 yrs A total joke,I called to see if they had a 2015 Rogue available and was told to stop by, now before I even sat down I was pawned off to 3 different pe A total joke,I called to see if they had a 2015 Rogue available and was told to stop by, now before I even sat down I was pawned off to 3 different people, the one I spoke to on the phone, ( who took 20 minutes to bring the car to the front for a test drive even though I made the appointment the day before.)the one who did the test drive with me, a manager, then a supposed owner. Besides offering peanuts for my trade in, (I went to another dealer and was offered $2000 more). He told me my true car certificate means nothing( obviously a ploy to get you in the showroom, he then came out with a ridiculous number for my request for a lease quote, he gave me the baloney about " trust me, you have to trust me, yeah right, The funniest was when I told him, I did my numbers and know your ripping me off, He then said, and get this" I'll throw in a free oil change" ( I sarcastically said" well, in that case where do I sign") He then came out with a piece of paper which he obviously just designed out himself " saying" see, look at the paper, I'm selling it to you for cost". This is the type of shady dealer that gives car dealers a bad name, unless you enjoy having your intelligence insulted, and being ripped off, Go elsewhere. More

Scammer Associate Lucas DiTomasso I was there in August trying to lease a car and was helped by Mr. Lucas DiTomasso. For a whole month I thought Lucas was such a great associate and tr I was there in August trying to lease a car and was helped by Mr. Lucas DiTomasso. For a whole month I thought Lucas was such a great associate and trust worthy so I trusted him with my down payment. Long story short, Lucas never gave me back my money and kept it and decided to leave the dealership and lied to me about still working there for weeks. I had to follow up with the mangers and will follow-up with general managers and V.P.s and any other sources to help me get my hard earned money back. Do NOT TRUST LUCAS DiTomasso with your money or any business. He is a scammer!! More

New Vehicle Leasing Our family has been a customer at White Plains Nissan for over 20 years. We have both purchased and leased vehicles from this great dealership. We have always come out of the showroom wearing smiles and feeling very comfortable with our auto contracts. Through the years, we have met many wonderful salespeople. On Sunday, September 13th, we visited WP Nissan to talk about our next leased vehicle and what are options were. On Monday, September 14th we returned to WP Nissan to pick up our new leased vehicle The Rogue. The salespeople at WP Nissan really want to assist the customer and NOT just make the deal. Switch and bait! This dealership is just terrible. We came all the way from Brooklyn looking for a CPO Altima. We called numerous of times just to make sure the car wa This dealership is just terrible. We came all the way from Brooklyn looking for a CPO Altima. We called numerous of times just to make sure the car was ready for us to check out and test drive. When the receptionist made sure the car was ready we made our way to the dealership. When we got there Grercia told us that they lost the key and we would not be able to see it. This was a total bait and switch since the price seem to good to be true. We got tricked into coming in here and was treated rudely by an inattentive sales person Grecia. If she was more attentive and offered to showed us a similar car instead of asking for our information we would have at least stayed. Don't waste your time coming here. The CPO cars you see on their website is probably their shady bait and switch scheme to get you to come in. More
