Payout check not paid as promised!! I had a great experience at the dealership, however, the issues started after I purchased the car. A month after the car was purchased, I found out th I had a great experience at the dealership, however, the issues started after I purchased the car. A month after the car was purchased, I found out that the dealership have not paid the loan for the trade in car(as promised). When I called my bank, they stated that I am still responsible for the old loan. I called Nissan dealership, and not one individual returned my calls. I left a message with Chris and Michael, asking them to please call me and explain why the payout has not been paid. After calling again, I spoke with George. He took my information down and stated that he will return my call but never did. It is funny how I was constantly being harassed, getting frequent calls about completing the survey, and requesting that I "put 10's,"but the moment I have inquiries or issues, I am unable to speak to someone. Now, I am stuck with two car loans, and no explanation. If you want to trade your car in for another one, and still have a balance on the old car, this is not the place for you. Trust me!! More

We worked with Anthony Nunez who was professional, very accommodating, easy to A couple of months ago I leased a 2016 maxima from White Plains Nissan. We worked with Anthony Nunez who was professional, very accommodating, easy too work with and not too pushy which I believe works well. My wife and I had such a good experience with Anthony that we went back today to lease a 2015 pathfinder for her. We worked with Anthony again and just as it was last time he was professional and accommodating. We found the one we wanted but when it came down to working out a price we worked with Kwan who was also nice but we did not agree on a price so we walked away. Overall our experience with white plains Nissan was a very good one though. More

I cannot be the only dissatisfied customer since there have been three changes in management since I bought the car as of January 2015. Have owned a Subaru and a Toyota and have had significantly better dealings with those companies. February 15, 2016 As I mentioned earlier, the service isn't particularly good. But after trying yet again to have something as simple as a New York State inspection (which of course, resulted in a problem.) I have come to the conclusion that Nissan, relative to Subaru and Toyota, just make crappy cars. More

That information was incorrect and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
