I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at White Plains Honda. I purchased a used 2009 Accord which was on the lot for several months. keith Johnson worked wonders for me and I gave him a rave rev Plains Honda. I have to say I love this car and I've been very happy with it up until May 2nd...so happy that I put almost 5k miles on it in just a few months! While driving the car, my wife called me to tell the check engine light came on along with two other lights. She immediately came home withe car and I saw it was running very rough. We parked it in the driveway and do to some work constraints, I was unable to take it in for service until May 2nd. I have to say Anthony Valentine was very friendly when I first sat down with him. Unfortunately, that would be the last time I saw his friendly side. He indicated that I had put on quite a bit of mileage so it would be a good idea to get some service. I agreed and paid $220. I believe that's where things failed. Instead of troubleshooting and fixing the warning light issue, they simply reset the computer, took my money and sent me on my way. I had to track Anthony down to ask him to explain to me what work was performed. The lights came back on on 5/4 (the day after I picked up the car) and I took it back on 5/5 Anthony was curt and not as polite as he was on Thursday. I told him we have to same problem to which he said that he couldn't get to it till Monday. What choice did I have but to leave it. On Monday, he called and said a part would be ordered, and I should have the car back Tuesday. I left work early Tuesday to pick up the car, again I had to track Anthony down to ask him what work was performed. I laughed and said I know you're nice, but I hope not to have to see you again too soon. Boy was I wrong. On my way to work the next day, here come the lights and here's the engine running rough again. I call to speak with Anthony and tell him I'm on my way. Surprisingly, I kept my cool and Anthony was as curt to me as ever. By the time I arrived there, I was upset, but never lost my cool. Again, we went through the process of what's wrong. The best part of the trip there that day was the ride home and the great conversation with the shuttle driver. When I got home I called Honda's customer support line where I opened an incident with them. They indicated they will call the dealership and work with them to solve the problem. I picked up the car today after they changed the ECM and hopefully all is well, I guess we'll find out tomorrow. Needless to say I am done with White Plains Honda service. I think Keith is wonderful and so is Jerzey, I just wish their follow-up and follow-through skills after the sale would be better. More
This was my expirence today November 9th, 2011.I purchased the Honda Accord 2010, with very low miles October 16. Picked car up & did have my own personal mechanic check it out, I told him the overh purchased the Honda Accord 2010, with very low miles October 16. Picked car up & did have my own personal mechanic check it out, I told him the overhead dome light was out & please check it. He did, said it was loose & bulb was good. But it keeps going out. I called service to report it, was told I needed to make an appointment. Said okay, will you give me a loaner car, & was told no we don't do that. It hasn't even been a month, they want me to pay for a rental car or I can wait around to see if they can fix it while I wait. Called Sandy(sales person) & she told me let me see what she could do. I left work at 5pm & never heard a word. I paid 17k for the car, & now I am out the door, should I assume it doesn't matter now that you you are out the door. Why should I have to pay more money to get to work while they fix a problem that was there to begin with? Rating is based on my call today. Kathy More
Everyone at this dealership was friendly, professional, honest, and extremely patient but I especially have to thank Keith Alexander, Kurt Schon and Nelson! It felt like I was dealing with friends and not with the typical "sales" environment. Today, I purchased my second vehicle at this dealership and the experience was better than the first time. I NEVER felt pressured and I didn't have to deal with back and forth negotiations. I told Keith what I wanted to pay and he made it happen, it was that simple. The paperwork was ready for me to sign and the easiest part was that Kurt explained what every single form was for before it even occurred to me to ask....so what am I signing here?? It was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend White Plains Honda to any of my friends and family and I will, without a doubt, visit them again when the time comes to buy my next vehicle. More
The friendliness and hospitality of the service personnel was exquisite. The service station is quite a ways from my home but for the sake of the service, it is certainly worth the drive. The service was great! It was done on time and i havent had a problem since they serviced. The person who always helps me out in service is Anthony and i really appreciate his dedication and hard work. He had a problem since they serviced. Again, a very positive experience with White Plains Honda. We bought a used Accord 03, Zeeshon and Jerzy found a few things that should have been completed but weren't and quickly made an apptmt for Honda. We bought a used Accord 03, Zeeshon and Jerzy found a few things that should have been completed but weren't and quickly made an apptmt for us to have those repairs made Monday after we bought the car Saturday. When we came on Monday, Luis and Jario were our service people and they were terrific: friendly, explained what the repairs were (struts were missing from hood, rotos replaced), how long it would take, etc. Meantime, our ace salesguy Zeeshon had tracked down the original owner for us, and from her got a spare key (the kind that cost alot of $ so we love having the spare key, which turns out was nearly new, she had ordered a spare when she thought she had lost one) and also the owners manual (which wasn't in the used car when we bought it). Thank you, Z! Zishon and Luis communicated with each other, there was one more piece that needed help--a small rubber thing at end of windshield that seemed loose--and they quickly got the piece, replaced it, etc. Thank you Luis---it was my first time ever getting anything serviced on a car, since it is my first car, and you made it go smoothly. By the way, they drove me and picked me up at the Westchester Mall, so that worked out too, and stayed in touch by phone, so I knew what the timing would be. It took longer than I expected, but they let me know so that was good too. Thank you, all. More

This is the greatest service I have ever received. From immaculate work areas, to immaculate reception and waiting room areas, they really go out of their way to make you feel as if you are their only cust immaculate work areas, to immaculate reception and waiting room areas, they really go out of their way to make you feel as if you are their only customer. I can only recommend them highly for the finest service I have every received anyplace for my car. They were honest and forthright, and after service my car which is 12 years old, road and drove as if it was new. I can only say that if you want fair, honest, and reliable work on your Honda or any car that they service, this is the place to go. I have found this to be one the the best service and dealerships for Honda's anyplace in the world. They just don't fix what is wrong, but they check out 27 points on your car to make sure it's working properly. More

From the moment i walked through the door I could see that i was going to walk out with a Honda. My sales rep. Will Smith was awesome. He has a great personality and you can tell that he does not just try to make a sale for his benefit. He was a very caring and warm person and totally understood that I did not want to spend alot of money with the way the economy is right now. He did his best to meet the price I was looking to spend and that day I signed the contract to lease. I am completely satisfied with my car and i would recommend anyone to purchase a Honda. Will also followed up with me that week to see how i was doing. More
they always pushing to do a brake job even though the brake indicators are not squealing as it says in the manual. they went as far to put the car in the lift when all i wanted was an oil change. last ho brake indicators are not squealing as it says in the manual. they went as far to put the car in the lift when all i wanted was an oil change. last honda dealership said the brakes will last only a couple hundred miles but that was 20,000 miles ago. i believe the pad will still last and that they pressure to have the pads replaced prematurely. not nice More
