I went in person to the Honda Service Center at 61 Bank street in White Plains My husband and I recently experienced a problem with my 2005 Honda CRV. I went in person to the Honda Service Center at 61 Bank street in White Plains to make a service appointment. We were warmly greeted by Sue Falisi, service advisor. She was very welcoming and efficient. She listened to our concerns, asked appropriate questions, explained the service process and made a service appointment that was convenient to us. Prior to the appointment we received a phone call reminder. When we arrived for the appointment, the car was immediately taken. We received a call a few hours later. The car diagnostic didn't determine the cause of our problem. So the mechanic, Nick, drove the car around the streets of White Plains and on the parkway to further attempt to duplicate our problem. He then asked us to return to the service center so that we could drive the car with him, so that he could better pinpoint the problem. We did so. Nick, was very patient, politely answered all of our questions, and gave us expert advise. He spent a lot of time with us. We never felt rushed. Thank you Nick! We are so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff at this Honda Service Center and highly recommend it. More

Anthony Valentine my service manager and Angel Cruz, the office manager made sure it was covered under the warranty. Saved me a big expense and kept a good ol' car running a lot more miles. The service department always takes good care of my car, but this went above and beyond, and I'm really grateful to them for going the extra mile! More

However, I went to White Plains Honda for service after I was informed that the replacement of the front axle would be covered under my Honda Care warranty. I braced myself fully expecting a “nightmare” experience. What I experienced was completely the opposite. I met with Sue Falisi who treated me like an old friend she was happy to see. She was accommodating, competent, thorough, and absolutely delightful to work with. In today’s business world, it is hard to find employees of Sue’s caliber. I would not hesitate to work with her again. More

White Plains Honda service center came to my rescue! I'm currently leasing a 2015 CRV- I've had 3 oil changes. I always have the oil changes done by Honda. So, at some point the oil plug falls out and I'm currently leasing a 2015 CRV- I've had 3 oil changes. I always have the oil changes done by Honda. So, at some point the oil plug falls out and empties out my oil tank over night. I obviously have no idea this has happened, I get into my car and drive 1/2 a mile when my oil light comes on then, the battery light comes on and the vehicle stalls... I have to have my vehicle towed and decide on White Plains Honda, they were not the nearest Honda service center but are affiliated with Paragon Honda which is who I am leasing the vehicle from (I was in Westchester County which is too far from Paragon Honda and much nearer to White Plains). I can't say enough about Angel Cruz the service manager- we spoke in advance while on the ride over to the service center and he reassured me he would take care of my situation and true to his word, he was waiting for me when the tow truck pulled into the service center. Angel was able to immediately ascertain the problem, explain what may have happened and what services were needed. I was very impressed with the way the entire service team worked together. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and expeditiously got me back on the road. I will be bringing all my service business to White Plains Honda and recommend that you do so as well... More
