Horrible experience Dealing with this service center I've had SEVERAL bad experiences. The first time I went I needed an oil change and was told my truck needed a tune up Dealing with this service center I've had SEVERAL bad experiences. The first time I went I needed an oil change and was told my truck needed a tune up, which I paid $400 for. I left thinking the tune up was done and the oil was changed. When my husband checked the car we realized that they didn't even do the tune up. He went to complain and then they finally took the truck back and did the tune up which should've been done since I just paid $400 for, which was a complete waste of my time and such an inconvenience. Then, I had to go back because there was a problem with the tire on the driver side. They changed my tire and later on I realized they had rotated my tires and had given me a used tire. Then,I was told about how good the buyers protection plan for the keys and tires were. I was told that if I paid a fee of $1,645 I could get a spare key made at any given time and they would make it for me. Well, I was not correctly informed by the sales associate about what this really entitles. I found out that this plan does not work in the way I was told. Now I'm out of $900. My overall experiences have been horrible. How could they think because I'm a woman they could get over on me and more money out of me. I have a been a very loyal customer for many years now and I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. More

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and had all the answers we needed to make our decision. He was also genuinely interested in offering us the best deal possible and we thank him for. We are honestly very grateful to everyone at Honda White Plains because they allowed this slightly overwhelming process to go smoothly. Christopher Paranzino, the manager, made sure to greet us and ensure that we were receiving 5 star service. Raquel, the delivery coordinator, was great at explaining all the perks our car had to offer. She was really patient and went step by step with us starting with how to turn on the car. We are extremely happy we went to White Plains Honda to lease our first car. More

PARAZINO Beyond Excellent Service: CHRISTOPHER PARANZINO (CP) Remember his name: CHRISTOPHER M PARANZINO - he is the best person you want to purchase or le Beyond Excellent Service: CHRISTOPHER PARANZINO (CP) Remember his name: CHRISTOPHER M PARANZINO - he is the best person you want to purchase or lease your new car from!! I’ve own my 2015 CRV for 18months before an idiot damaged the side of it while parked on the street. CP was the first person I called as I rummaged through my paperwork to find my registration and insurance information. I called him because he wrote his cell phone on my Honda envelope and I remembered him saying “call me anytime!” So I did, at nearly 9pm on a Saturday night. He answered the phone and settled my deep worry and anger and laid out the next steps. After arranging a tow, he told me to meet him at the White Plains Honda Service Center on Bank Street the next morning (yes, Sunday!) where he would took my keys and car information and told me that he would take care of everything with regard to the repair process and would call me the next day with an update. He even gave me a ride back to the MetroNorth train station so I can make my way home back to Throgs Neck. True to his word (a consistent trait of CP btw!) he assigned me a service advisor by the name of Angel Cruz who was just like him – on top of it! Together they supported me through the 24day period without my car, answering my questions via calls and text messages – never turning me away. Even the body shop the White Plains Honda dealership works with deserves a shout out (Thanks A&A Auto Body!) for their great customer service. When the car was ready, I left work early from Manhattan and I arrived with my insurance check in hand - but this is when I met my first roadblock because the insurance adjuster had the check made out incorrectly. Aside from being super pissed with my insurance company, CP came through again, told me what I needed to do with my insurance company and made sure that I had a ride home since I arrived with no car. He did this because it was late and dark and knew that I did not want to go back on the Metronorth to then get back on the subway to make my way home to northeastern section of the Bronx. Instead, he arranged for his one of his staff members, Jose, to give me a ride home since he was heading in my direction to go home. Jose was awesome and not once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Thank you for getting me home safely Jose and the quick lesson how to play the numbers ?! Two days later I finally picked up my car after fixing the insurance check situation and once again experienced awesome customer service. Anyone reading this review, I give you my word that all that I have written is true and I’m serious when I say remember his name – CHRISTOPHER M. PARAZINO, SALES MANAGER - HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU and you will deeply appreciate his attention to detail too! CP if you are reading this, thank you again for taking care of me and my Azulita (yes, that is the name of my car!). More

Don't go for routine Maintenance I went for routine maintenance. After the servicing the Pilot the "low tire pressure" light came on. Was told to drive it and the alert will go away I went for routine maintenance. After the servicing the Pilot the "low tire pressure" light came on. Was told to drive it and the alert will go away. It didn't go away after driving about 100 miles, so I went back to Whiteplains Honda. They checked everything. They "sprayed tire down and oiled all joints" and "checked the tire for leaks" couldn't find the problem and said I had a faulty tire sensor and would have to return another day to fix it. So I went to the original Honda dealer to have it fixed (still under warranty) and they showed me the sensor covered in grime and they believed it was "flat fix". So I spent more money to fix the sensor. When I went back to Whiteplains and spoke to their service rep, they denied ever spraying anything on the sensor and said there was nothing they could do. According to the rep, someone must have taken the tire off and sprayed something on the sensor which is housed inside the car. Huh? The problem started there and they did not make the effort to resolve it. The people seemed professional, but if they can mess up a tire sensor on a routine oil change imagine what damage they could do to an engine or computer system. More
