Actually we just walked in to see what cars do they offer and gather infos about the payments and transactions because we are new in the area. This is my second time going to White Plains Honda and they proved again why they deserve my business. I was greeted at the door by Bob wbo was standing there seemingly waiting for me to come in. I work in customer care so that first impression already was a big green flag. Bob took his time to hear my needs both in the car and financially. He grabbed a car for me to test drive and matched up car features with what i had told him was important to me. Another great sign. After the test drive he broke down my financial options and even offered an alternative with a slightly cheaper payments, but for the price it was worth it to get the car i really wanted. After i had decided on the car, Bob called up my insurance to ensure my coverage was transfered over (i was bringing back a lease), which to my suprise was actually cheaper insurance due to the new car having more safety features. In the end, it was a very pleasant transaction and Bob helped me get the car i came looking for. Amazing job and excellent treatment of a return customer. More
