My overall experience with White Plains Honda was very good. My slaesman was Jordan. He is extremly professional, frendly and very knowledgable. I simply do not get those positive reviews. Are those real??? This dealship is xxxxxxx. Period! They will give your 'good price', but wait till they show you everything -- PDI charge, prep fee, com real??? This dealship is xxxxxxx. Period! They will give your 'good price', but wait till they show you everything -- PDI charge, prep fee, commission, ... 6 or 8 items adding upto $1500-2000, and then they tried to work with you to lower them... Check one previous post on the dealer prep fee of $1000. I believe that's true from my experience. Waste of time. More

The professionalism from the receptionist Meagan, the sales people I dealt with along with the gentleman in the Credit Department speaks for itself. If all dealers had a staff like this they would never lose a sale. From the moment I spoke to the GM Jeremy on the phone along with meeting Paul & closing the deal with Jordan, I was treated like royalty. These guys should give courses in customer service. Along with beating my best price they all went over & beyond the call. I have never wriiten a letter like this & others may think I am a friend or a relative but nothing could be further from the truth. I am a customer who had a great experience at a dealership. This may be hard to believe but it's TRUE & my thoughts are genuine. Congrats to White Plains Honda Management for putting together such a great team. More

Sales person Will Smith was very professional and ultimately made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I did not feel like i was robbed after my purchase. I've had the car going on week three and ha ultimately made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I did not feel like i was robbed after my purchase. This is the greatest service I have ever received. They were honest and forthright, and after service my car which is 12 years old, road and drove as if it was new. I can only say that if you want fair, honest, and reliable work on your Honda or any car that they service, this is the place to go. I have found this to be one the the best service and dealerships for Honda's anyplace in the world. They just don't fix what is wrong, but they check out 27 points on your car to make sure it's working properly. More

The dealership advertised a leasing special for a Honda Pilot EX-L. I called the dealership and spoke to a sales person who I asked to break out the cost exactly and to the penny for the downpayment and m Pilot EX-L. He did so and the terms were consistent with the dealer's ad. I called back shortly just to confirm before going to the dealership to lease the car. When I got there, I was handed to another sales person, who graciously spent time with my wife and daughter for a test drive. However, when it was time to sign the paperwork, the new sales person told me the other had made a $1000 mistake. I asked to see the sales manager, who then tried to convince me to go with another deal. We left immediately as it was apparent the sales manager could not be trusted. I am determined never to do business with White Plains Honda as they are clearly an unscrupulous car dealer. More
