We were happy with our experience at this dealer. We arrived wanting a 2-3 year old CR-V with leather and a sunroof, and Zeeshan found us a 2-year old car that he brought down to just around our price r arrived wanting a 2-3 year old CR-V with leather and a sunroof, and Zeeshan found us a 2-year old car that he brought down to just around our price range. Judging by the Blue Book value I subsequently looked at, I think this was a pretty good price, and other Honda dealers in the area were not offering the same. We then wanted some touch-ups and new tyres, and they did all that for us, allowing us to test drive the car again in the meantime. So I think they did a pretty good job for us. Zeeshan also explained honestly what he could and could not do - e.g. he could not do a complete respray of the paintwork to hide all the scratches, but he could change the tyres - so we were clear before the work began. Ultimately, we feel comforted by the 2-year guarantee we have and think we got a pretty good deal. Roger, the other dealer we met, was very helpful. We needed assistance after the sale (no fault of the dealer), and he came to our house to help us, offering to come again as necessary. So plus points again, for customer service. To top things off, Zeeshan offered us our first oil change for free. I never expect buying a used car to be risk-free, but we had no real problems this time and are happy with the purchuse so far. Zeesham did a great job working with us. Got a solid deal on the vehicle and had a very pleasant expierience at White plains Honda. Again, a very positive experience with White Plains Honda. We bought a used Accord 03, Zeeshon and Jerzy found a few things that should have been completed but weren't and quickly made an apptmt for Honda. We bought a used Accord 03, Zeeshon and Jerzy found a few things that should have been completed but weren't and quickly made an apptmt for us to have those repairs made Monday after we bought the car Saturday. When we came on Monday, Luis and Jario were our service people and they were terrific: friendly, explained what the repairs were (struts were missing from hood, rotos replaced), how long it would take, etc. Meantime, our ace salesguy Zeeshon had tracked down the original owner for us, and from her got a spare key (the kind that cost alot of $ so we love having the spare key, which turns out was nearly new, she had ordered a spare when she thought she had lost one) and also the owners manual (which wasn't in the used car when we bought it). Thank you, Z! Zishon and Luis communicated with each other, there was one more piece that needed help--a small rubber thing at end of windshield that seemed loose--and they quickly got the piece, replaced it, etc. Thank you Luis---it was my first time ever getting anything serviced on a car, since it is my first car, and you made it go smoothly. By the way, they drove me and picked me up at the Westchester Mall, so that worked out too, and stayed in touch by phone, so I knew what the timing would be.
