I had just experienced more than a poor experience at another dealership where double-speak and partial truths were the norm. After a week of frustration, I left them behind and came to White Plains (on another dealership where double-speak and partial truths were the norm. I was tired of the typical "car salesman's" double talk. I just wanted someone to be straight with me, forthright, and speak the truth (what a concept!). White Plains Honda did just that. I had a very positive car buy experience with White Plains Honda Their pricing was very competitive compared to other dealers. When I called the dealership to enquire about the car, Roger provided me all the information in a very courteous and professional way. When I walked in, Roger was very helpful and was very upfront about what they could and could not do in terms of pricing. Throughout the process Roger and Zeeshan made sure that the customer has a good buying experience. Unlike the usual dealers they did not use any pushy sales tactics. Zeeshan specifically mentioned that they would like me to have a good buying experience and therefore they do not want to overpromise and under-deliver and also that they do not want to push me into buying something that I would regret later. True to their word, they kept their promises and performed the repairs and replaced old tyres with brand new ones. Zeeshan also offered first free service whenever it comes due, which I am not sure I would ever be using considering the distance between my residence and the dealership. Nevertheless, they were generous to offer it. I had complications with my trade-in as the title of my trade-in car did not reflect the lien holder. I did not want to take the risk of giving the title without actually being paid. Initially, Hamid tried to stick with their standard norms My House My Rules. However, they were quick enough to realize that it will not work out. Thanks to Jerzey's diplomacy. We had two rounds of conference call with my bank and finally they agreed to pay me instead of my bank which is what my bank and I wanted. Due to my title complications, and scepticism from a very bitter car shopping experience in the past, I admit, I was a pain for them but they handled the situation with utmost patience. After a week Zeeshan gave a courtesy call to check if the vehicle is fine and also offered to take care of any problems if existed.
