Recently purchased a Honda Civic from White Plains Honda on 4/23. The overall experience of being shown the vehicle and negotiating the price was fantastic thanks to Ivy Vellez. Unfortunately the business end of White Plains Honda was not as efficient. At first put a cash payment down but as paper work was being worked out I decided against placing a down payment. I was told that I couldn't get the cash back today because the safe had been closed and was told to return Monday but instead I had advised them I will be there on Tuesday 4/26 to pick it up. On 4/26 I was told that there was some confusions and a check will be issued and placed in the mail that afternoon. I later received a call from Honda Customer Survey where I rated the dealer a 4 out of 5. I did get a call the next day from White Plains Honda not to inquire if I had received the check or to advise me if I had received the check but to ask me why I had given them a 4 out of 5. Long story short it is now 4/29 and still haven't received a payment for the monies owed. More
