Last week I purchased a used Honda Civic at 316 Central Park Avenue in White Plains and the only question I’m asking myself is why didn’t I do this much sooner. For starters, I did what was protocol for u Park Avenue in White Plains and the only question I’m asking myself is why didn’t I do this much sooner. For starters, I did what was protocol for used car buyers. I did my research, decided on a Honda and went out looking. One of the most important items on my must have list was buying a barely used car. I visited the Honda dealership closest to my home and totally dodged a bullet by not buying there. The salesperson tried to sell me a car that had been in an accident. I only realized that when he finally furnished the carfax after begging and pleading for it as they proceeded with washing the new car and preparing it for me. All, before I even agreed on a final price. They even started to remove the tags off of my trade-in before the deal was even finalized. I left there feeling manipulated and discouraged. The next day, I set out with much caution on a mission to purchase my new car. I remembered that there was a Honda dealership in White Plains; so I immediately went there and as soon as I entered the lot, salesperson Zeeshan Majid greeted me with a warm smile and a calm demeanor. I told him what I was looking for, even down to the color I preferred, and Presto, two hours later I was driving home in my unbelievable ALMOST NEW Honda civic. I am so thankful that I bought my car at White Plains Honda. They took car of all the paperwork in an efficient manner and made sure I got what I wanted. I would highly recommend reaching out to Zeeshan at 316 Central Park He is extremely professional and hard working. So go on, get yourself into a beautiful certified Honda today. I sure did! More

Need a car? Talk to Zeeshan Majid at White Plains Certified Used Honda (“WPH”) located on 316 Central Park Avenue, White Plains, New York. Zeeshan wants your business and has certainly earned mine. Certified Used Honda (“WPH”) located on 316 Central Park Avenue, White Plains, New York. Zeeshan wants your business and has certainly earned mine. On May 28, 2011, I walked into WPH, with no intention of buying a car. I was “just looking”. I walked out that same day, the owner of a 2009 Accord. Zeeshan had said to me “what do I need to do to have you walk out with that car today?” Now, I am the type of person who thinks about all the possible permutations of a purchase. I like to shop around, compare features, review government crash tests, calculate the cost of ownership, etc. I am not one to make a major purchase on instinct alone. However, Zeeshan made me feel comfortable about the car I was test driving. He did not play around. He took me to the best car on the lot based on what I was looking for. The first car he showed me was the one I eventually bought. The entire process was great. There was no “high pressure sales” (which I hate) just simple information and encouragement. I am very happy with my purchase and having worked with Zeeshan. There is also Mr. Hamid Anwar. Mr. Anwar is a dignified gentleman. He is very “stately” and I can easily imagine him as the head of state or president of a country. He took care of the financing and had a very reassuring presence. The Sales Manager, Mr. Jerzy Czaczkowski is also great to work with. He has a engaging personality, makes you feel “at home” and is great with customer service. In fact, I found a slight defect in the body work after purchasing the car. It was easy to miss as the car was generally in pristine condition. I brought the car in the next day and Mr. Czaczkowski said he would take care of it....no problem. And guess what? They took care of it...no problem. Good sales people are hard to find, so don’t waste your time, simply make a “B-line” to White Plains Certified Used Honda. Ask for Zeeshan, tell him Robert sent you and Zeeshan will take care of the rest! Any questions? E-mail me at rwg215@gmail.com More

We were all ready to buy a car from this dealer and found that they are untrue to their word. We were told that there was 2.99 financing available only to wait all day for them to call us and then change the that they are untrue to their word. We were told that there was 2.99 financing available only to wait all day for them to call us and then change the rate to 7.25 or 4.99. They then lied to us about the earlier rate and were completely unaccommodating. I feel they wasted my entire day and did not value our time or satisfaction as potential customers. I would say don't waste your time with this company who talk a good talk, but don't deliver. More
White Plains Honda pulled the old "Bait and Switch" on us to have us drive 45 minutes just to get us into their dealership. We made an appointment with Evelyn on Friday July 1 to see a 2008 Switch" on us to have us drive 45 minutes just to get us into their dealership. We made an appointment with Evelyn on Friday July 1 to see a 2008 CRV the next day. Before leaving our home in NJ to drive to White Plains, we called Evelyn and aksed if the car was still available. She said YES, and be sure to ask for her when we arrived. BAIT AND SWITCH #1 -- Evelyn is not a salesperson, does not meet with customers, does not work at the used car dealer and is located down the road in a phone room. It would have been nice if she was honest and told us that. No problem as they gave us the sales manager and got Jerzy Czaczkowski BAIT AND SWITCH #2 -- At first, Jerzy could not find the keys. Thats becuase the car was SOLD that morning, even though Evelyn assured us just 1 hour before that the car was available. But Jerzy said the deal might fall through and allowed us to test drive the car. (Sidenote -- If we bought a car in the morning, I hope they would not be senidng it for test rides in the afternoon.) All Jerzy wnted to do was switch us into another used car, but we said we would not work with a dealership that was not straight with us. Once we learned the car was not available as promised we asked ot speak with Evelyn. All of sudden Jerzy told us he could not reach her. We went down the block to the location she supposedly was located but was told at 3:00 PM she was out to lunch. We asked for her supervisor and was told she was not there. BAIT and SWITCH is bad enough. To NOT have the courtesy for the employee or her supervicor to come out and apologize or explain it, makes a bad situation even worse. More
I purchased a 2008 Honda CRV in 2010 at White Plains Honda. I refinanced for a lower interest rate and purchased a 2009 Honda CRV. I have never had such a positive experience with a car dealer before. My husband and I have leased for fifteen (15) years, this is the first time with Honda. We walked in and a salesperson greeted us wit dealer before. My husband and I have leased for fifteen (15) years, this is the first time with Honda. We walked in and a salesperson greeted us with a warm friendly face: Mae. We came back the second time because of her. She helped us decide which car would be right for us and let us make our own decision. After we leased the car we were introduced to Kurt the financial person. Again the most positive experience, warm and friendly. Lastly we met Tiffany, friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany took all the time we needed. We would strongly recommend Honda of White Plains to our friends. Again Mae Soleiman was the reason we returned. Sincerely, Barbara and Robert Confino More
I called this dealer in advance and asked if they would honor an advertisement from another dealer. I was motivated to buy when I showed up and spoke with Mae, she was friendly and said they would honor t honor an advertisement from another dealer. I was motivated to buy when I showed up and spoke with Mae, she was friendly and said they would honor the deal. After bringing it to her manager, she started laying the groundwork to convince me the deal no good. Unwavering, I said I wanted the deal. Then the manager came out and said they couldn't honor it because they didn't recognize the deal and tried to convince me it was a bait-and-switch ad, which it is not. I asked if they were going to try and match it and they said No which boggles my mind. I was clear that I would have bought a car tonight, and they could have closed a deal in under an hour. But instead they walked away empty handed. I shouldn't have been too surprised because while I waited, I heard another sales person feeding a customer a bunch of bull over the phone. I only knew it was bull because 2 other sales people were laughing out loud at his comments. That really set the stage for me that these guys are stereo-typical car salesmen, which is really unfortunate. And then my sales person and manager went on to make a really poor business decision, and pass on an easy sale. If I owned that dealership, I would fire these clowns and hire a bunch of honest go-getters who are interested in selling good cars at good prices. More
