Not happy with Ford service Took my F250 diesel in for an oil change, tire rotation and some minor warranty work (tire pressure sensors and spare tire lock). After 3 hours of wo Took my F250 diesel in for an oil change, tire rotation and some minor warranty work (tire pressure sensors and spare tire lock). After 3 hours of work, tire sensors still not fixed and was told it would take another 4 hours to fix the spare tire lock. In addition, customer service rep told me I needed a fuel filter replacement with every oil change. I agreed and afterwards checked the owners manual which states fuel filters need replacing every 30000 miles. They also charged me $171 for the fuel filters which seemed extremely high. There are also numerous other items the owners manual recommends occur at every oil change but White Ford doesn't recommend or offer to do them. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. More

The best customer service ever. Awesome, extraordinary I needed my car inspected. I had gotten off of work I had 45mins before tag office closed. They were able to get me in and out just in time. Recent visit of maintenance of Buick Enclave Being a Bone's customer for years, I was hesitate to visit White since you had taken over the Buick dealership, however I have dealt with Steve King a Being a Bone's customer for years, I was hesitate to visit White since you had taken over the Buick dealership, however I have dealt with Steve King and Tammy for many years. Steve was his usual professional self and serviced my car 100%. No complaints. You have a valued employee and should be proud Steve King is a member of your White's team.
