Most Excellent!! I was greeted by both Jens & Griff and then Jens took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. I came in for a oil change, but chose to I was greeted by both Jens & Griff and then Jens took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. I came in for a oil change, but chose to have my tires rotated as well. The documentation was beyond anything I'd ever experienced and I knew, when I left, that I'd just found a new place to have my Buick serviced. Thanks to Jens and the whole crew!!! More
