Wow I see online its 39786.00. I thought this type of salesperson was ground out of the business 30 years ago. Guess not... I still bought the truck. But far less than what he quoted and less than I offered. The only person that gave a xxxx was Larry. Nice way to treat a Retired and Disabled Vet... Irving is not to be trusted. How can a dealer with many many years of experience and awards allow this person to represent the Super Store? More

I placed a refundable $1000 deposit on June 7, 2022 on a 2022 GMC Sierra Denali. Was told that is was built and in transit. After waiting for 3 months and it was still sitting on a lot in Ohio, I found an 2022 GMC Sierra Denali. Was told that is was built and in transit. After waiting for 3 months and it was still sitting on a lot in Ohio, I found another truck at another dealership and requested my deposit back. After multiple attempts to get my money back, I was forced into a dispute on my credit card. On the final day (November 9) the credit card gave them, they finally returned my deposit. What an awful, unethical experience and I would stay clear of them. More
