Worst Car Dealership Ever! Do not go here to buy a vehicle! I was lied to and treated like dirt from these people. Do NOT trust used car salesmen, lawyers, politicians, or WBL Bob Stansky is a smooth talker and he PROMISES you the moon, especially out-of-state buyers. Do NOT trust used car salesmen! His advertisement stated, Bob Stansky is a smooth talker and he PROMISES you the moon, especially out-of-state buyers. Do NOT trust used car salesmen! His advertisement stated, "no scratches or dents" (false - big chip gouge and scratches over entire front) we had to have body work & painted. "...all safety checks out" (false - front passenger safety harness constricts tighter & tighter) we had to purchase replacement seat belt/harness. "...swept & cleaned inside of Van twice (false - dirt visible under seats, and windshield had dirty, grimy film over it) we had to personally clean vehicle. "...no warranty but in exchange would put in back-up bumper safety sensors" (installed but didn't work. The shrill beeping alarm was constantly engaged without detecting anything) we had to pay additional money to determine there was a faulty sensor installed; which White Bear Lake knew as soon as the engine was started each time and put in reverse. Van was purchased and delivered out of state. Bob promised, "...I will fill your gas tank before it leaves." (false - gas tank arrived empty). Bob promised, "...to replace audio headset with new, wireless headset (no headset was in van) had to purchase another. WBL charged $1000 for delivery and said he would discount asking price by $1000 (false - we paid taxes on entire list price per his final paperwork). Bob would no longer communicate once he had his money. WBL didn't send original title to same destination as vehicle, and wouldn't communicate where they had sent it. Promises, Promises, Promises. If I had it all to do over again - no way. Do NOT trust used car salesmen, especially at White Bear Lake Superstore! ...and the windshield leaks when it rains! More
Horrible Dealership I spent 2 days negotiating a deal and then after we agree to a number and I meet with the finance department they take two days to tell me the financi I spent 2 days negotiating a deal and then after we agree to a number and I meet with the finance department they take two days to tell me the financing I have pre-approved through my bank is a better deal. Which is fine, so I leave messages for everyone in the company up to the GM to see what is going on only to find out 4 hours later that the vehicle sold to someone else. BOB STANSKY is the used car sales man you come to expect in a dishonest world. I wouldn't buy anything from that dealership ever and I recommend everyone to stay away from them. More
The new vehicle sold was altered in such a fashion that it destroyed the gas mileage and is not repairable in another sense. My husband and I purchased a new GMC Terrain from the White Bear Lake Superstore and could not be happier with the vehicle and the service we received. Bob Lund, our salesman, has many years of experience and it showed in his knowledge of the vehicle and his personalized, friendly service. We both felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, including working with John Anderson in finance who explained everything in detail. Vehicles these days have more electronic features, and Bob was extremely knowledgeable with everything on the vehicle, including OnStar, Sirius XM radio, and Bluetooth. In the first two months of ownership, I have found the Terrain to be the best handling SUV I have ever driven. We both strongly recommend OnStar and would not purchase a vehicle in the future without it. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from The White Bear Lake Superstore. More

This was not the case at White Bear Lake Superstore. The salesman was a typical "used car" salesman (the one we make jokes about), and I was a ripe apple for the plucking! I have the wrong car for my age and lifestyle and hate it with all my being. Sixty percent of the fault is mine and at least forty percent is the salesman/dealer (maybe I should reverse that!). I received no help (other than pressure) when I bought this car and do feel the dealer should have some responsibility for this in the way they do business. I have since dealt with another dealer with a very different approach and thus have found that my experience there was very different than the experience I had with White Bear Lake Superstore. More

BUYER S BEWARE, I HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT WHITE BEAR LAKE SUPER , I HAD BOUGHT A CAR FOR 17,000 WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY 3,800.00 AN AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE CARS ARE CERTIFIED AND GO THR WHITE BEAR LAKE SUPER , I HAD BOUGHT A CAR FOR 17,000 WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY 3,800.00 AN AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE CARS ARE CERTIFIED AND GO THROUGH AN EXTENSIVE INSPECTION BEFORE THE CARS GO ON THE LOT(THATS A LIE) ALL FOUR TIRES WERE GOING FLAT THERE MECHANIC LOOKED AT A WEEK AFTER WE PURCHASED IT AN TOLD US THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE ONE OF THE TIRES HAD A LEAK ,POWER STEERING FLUID WAS LOW ,BRAKEFLUID WAS LOW ELECTRIC SIDE MIRRORS WERE BROKE AND NEEDS NEW ROTORS AND ALIGNMENT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT FIX ANYTHING, EVEN WITH THE WARRANTY WE PURCHASED, THIS WENT ON FOR DAYS WITH THE CAR I JUST BOUGHT SITTING IN THERE SHOP , I GOT NO RESULTS UNTIL I FINALLY WENT THERE AGAIN IN PERSON WITH MY WARRANTY IN HAND AND I HAD TO PHYSICALLY SHOW AND READ THEM THE WARRANTY TO GET THEM TO DO ANYTHING SO THEY HAD TO FIX MY UNSAFE TIRES DUE TO MY WARRANTY THEY SAID THEY WOULDNT HONOR AND I AM STILL STUCK WITH ALL KINDS OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR AN THEY BASICALLY SAID IM SOL,,,,,,SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT SHOP FOR A CAR AT THIS PLACE THERE ARE FAR MORE SUPERIOR CAR LOTS SURROUNDING THAT DUMP UP AN DOWN HWY 61, THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR IN MY LIFE TIME More
