Blowing Smoke and Just a another number Our Salesman Steve Gabel was very good and not pushy. However the sales manager and or who ever that makes the offers on trade in and or approves the Our Salesman Steve Gabel was very good and not pushy. However the sales manager and or who ever that makes the offers on trade in and or approves the amount given for them is un-ethical and his original offer was insulting. Then they came back with another not much better and provide print outs of other car that were for sale that were supposedly compared to me my car. This may work for some one who has not done their research and or does not know what their car is worth. But the print outs that were provided only has some of the options that my car had again this was a insult as if I was a un-educated and if they could blow smoke and I could be bluffed. It was like comparing apples and oranges. I did not appreciate that and it was very un-professional. Some of the paper work had names misspelled. It seemed like were just another number and being pushed through the process to make another sale. Once again Steve Gabel was very good; its the other individuals that seem to careless about us and we were just a number to make a sale. More

Most Excellent!! I was greeted by both Jens & Griff and then Jens took the time to explain everything to me as he went along. "The truth is out there"-not told to the customer. The salesman should go into the finance office with his customer. Can't believe they won't even try to solve their problem. Horrible experience. My husband had worked with Jerry Griffiths your Service Manager years ago and he as well as everyone in your service department is really great to work with. I have been a GMC fan for years and can honestly say I won't purchase from any other dealer. More

It was unfortunate that I had no options other than 3 trucks in the entire twin cities area that was a simple regular cab pickup with a v8 and 4 wheel drive. But, the truck I purchased was a good deal regardless and, surprisingly enough, was just what I was looking for. Dave took his time answering my questions even though my truck was not one of the expensive models. The deal was smooth. I felt welcome. I got the perfect financing number. I will only buy my vehicles from Dave at White Bear Lake Superstore after that experience. More

Worst Car Dealership Ever! Do not go here to buy a vehicle! I was lied to and treated like dirt from these people. When trying to call them to request copies of certain things I Do not go here to buy a vehicle! I was lied to and treated like dirt from these people. I even left a voicemail for the owner that of course went unanswered as well! More
Do NOT trust used car salesmen, lawyers, politicians, or WBL Bob Stansky is a smooth talker and he PROMISES you the moon, especially out-of-state buyers. Do NOT trust used car salesmen! His advertisement stated, Bob Stansky is a smooth talker and he PROMISES you the moon, especially out-of-state buyers. Do NOT trust used car salesmen! His advertisement stated, "no scratches or dents" (false - big chip gouge and scratches over entire front) we had to have body work & painted. "...all safety checks out" (false - front passenger safety harness constricts tighter & tighter) we had to purchase replacement seat belt/harness. "...swept & cleaned inside of Van twice (false - dirt visible under seats, and windshield had dirty, grimy film over it) we had to personally clean vehicle. "...no warranty but in exchange would put in back-up bumper safety sensors" (installed but didn't work. The shrill beeping alarm was constantly engaged without detecting anything) we had to pay additional money to determine there was a faulty sensor installed; which White Bear Lake knew as soon as the engine was started each time and put in reverse. Van was purchased and delivered out of state. Bob promised, "...I will fill your gas tank before it leaves." (false - gas tank arrived empty). Bob promised, "...to replace audio headset with new, wireless headset (no headset was in van) had to purchase another. WBL charged $1000 for delivery and said he would discount asking price by $1000 (false - we paid taxes on entire list price per his final paperwork). Bob would no longer communicate once he had his money. WBL didn't send original title to same destination as vehicle, and wouldn't communicate where they had sent it. Promises, Promises, Promises. If I had it all to do over again - no way. Do NOT trust used car salesmen, especially at White Bear Lake Superstore! ...and the windshield leaks when it rains! More
