Just honesty & integrity. If there was a ‘Mount Rushmore’ of car salesman, Gary would be the 1st face on it(te reason they constructed it) An experience, worth vouching for. Nice vehicle to test drive. Salesman Bob made a copy of my DL without my permission. I know the policy on checking for updated drivers stays. I put on Facebook I wanted that cop Salesman Bob made a copy of my DL without my permission. I know the policy on checking for updated drivers stays. I put on Facebook I wanted that copy back. Bob told me he "had the capacity to do background checks" and while on 2 mile test drive he took a distracting phone call. "I have to answer that one. He owns restaurants, hotels, everything in Dakota" They blocked me on Facebook simply for asking for my Driver's License copy back. Sales manager responded it's for staff safety and avoiding robbery" If they DID check, I have zero records. More

Stay away, Go somewhere else. They are so concerned about pushing vehicles and marking them sold so they can keep boosting their numbers to GMC. vehicle is not sold until something anything is signed agreeing to purchase vehicle. When we decided to back out of a Yukon which we had no sales agreement signed we got an aggressive email from Chuck, explaining that he now has to restock one of the most sought after vehicles right now bc he had already told GMC they sold this vehicle............ which it wasn't nothing officialy done to mark this vehicle as sold only held. so they kept our hold deposit. Again we never had anything singed in writting in regards to us purchaseing this vehicle. We live 10 hours away and were trying to find a yukon at the time. found this one and wanted to hold it as we couldn't find any other ones. was Told that our hold would be completely refunded if it didn't work out by the salesman Tim. well I guess that's just salesman words. This dealership seams to care more about marking sold vehicles to boost their sales for GMC rather then working with the costumer. which in the end if you build good relationships with someone you tend to have a repeat costumer. just an unprofessional hustling dealership. More
