I just completed my second purchase working with both Mike and Cheryl and they are both excellent to work with. They offered good information, recommendations and follow through with excellent communication. They worked hard to make my net trade in number fair and I left the dealership with a good feeling. Cheryl is not your typical salesperson, she is more of a consultant and wants to really assist you in the buying process rather than make a quick sale. Trust is earned and she has mine. More

A decent experience felt a little rushed. Felt a little rushed at the end due to other clients being serviced. My second fan ended up being for a different truck so I had to go back and get the appropriate back up fab. Got a car wash and gentleman who did it could not have been nicer. He even helped dry it off Found rust spots recently on the top of the roof right by the windshield that I will now have to pay to be buffed and repainted. Overall service was good. I would like to thank Steve Rubin for his help and friendliness during my purchase and Jeff Kloetzke for his friendliness while signing all the documents. Pat Sullivan More
Horrible experience . Salesman knew absolutely nothing. Did not even know how to run his computer, he was asking me questions about his system. Did not know how a lease t . Did not know how a lease trade in worked, I had to explain that to him as well. He took my info and disappeared for 3 hours, only coming back once to get more info from me. All of a sudden the finance guy came out and said let’s go sign paperwork? Never saw the salesman again, didn’t know what deal they put together, didn’t know what any of the numbers were, nothing. Absolutely horrible experience. I absolutely should have walked away but it was the exact truck I was looking for. I was planning on taking my old tonneau cover off and Weather Tech mats out of my old truck. Signed paperwork and went to take those to sell for some cash and they came out and said “you can’t take that, it was part of the deal”. I was so furious and not thinking straight that I just left. And to top it all off... my check engine light came on already and I can’t get ahold of anyone at the dealership. Oh and it’s been 2 weeks and the title is still not in my name. Been to the DMV twice and they said call the dealership. The dealership gave me the end around and said “it was dropped off at the licensing center”. Just an absolutely horrible experience here. I definitely did a couple things wrong and would do them differently next time, learn some things that’s for sure. DO NOT GO HERE !! You will regret it! Oh and I dealt with Bruce as well, he was worthless. And I bought a DENALI !! Must not have been good enough for him? UPDATE AFTER THIS REVIEW: The sales manager called me and offered a $200 compensation to remove my reviews. That does not even pay for the WeatherTech floor mats I left in the truck. I emailed back and countered with $600, seemed like a very fair number considering all the items they strong armed me into leaving on my old truck that I did not see accounted into my deal. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the manager after multiple emails. This is just a horrible place to do business. I bought a truck that is a year and a half old from them and I already have another check engine light on and it will be a $700 fix that I need to pay for. Thanks White Bear Lake Superstore for your wonderful vehicle you sold me and the horrible experience you give your customers. More
