Soon after we purchased the vehicle we had a glitch that made the transmission shutter, (not a drivability issue). I made contact with Tim who immediately put me in touch with Jerry Griffis. Jerry was more than great to work with. He listened to my concerns and had my vehicle picked up at my work place. The vehicle was fixed in a very timely manner and dropped back off at my work. Jerry made certain that he answered all of my questions and did a follow up to make sure the truck was still running properly. I can’t say enough about how great Jerry and Tim were to work with.
