From the beginning our Sales Rep, Mary Beddar was knowledgeable and very comprehensive in her description of the vehicles being sold and all of the options available to the customer with any particul knowledgeable and very comprehensive in her description of the vehicles being sold and all of the options available to the customer with any particular model. I returned to my Old Saturn Dealer (my wife and I have owned 5 Saturns)because the people that I dealt with there were ALWAYS friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable and serviced my vehicles with a professionalism seldom seen in the auto sales industry, in my opinion. I purchased my new Mitsubishi Outlander from Mary Beddar because of the service she rendered in helping me understand the Mitsubishi line I was interested in. She bent over backwards to answer all of my questions clearly and when it came to financing it was done quickly and with precision. I understood all of the issues at hand and did not feel alot of pressure to purchase something I didn't want or need. My experience at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi was excellent and satisfying.
