I originally went to White Bear Mitsubishi to have my old Mitsubishi looked at. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about each car, she also suggested other options that better fit my needs. Once I had an idea of what I wanted, I met with Luke. He went over financing and explained everything in great detail, it was very helpful! I was having difficulty deciding what I wanted to do and I never once felt rushed or pressured, so that made the process a lot easier for me. Eventually, Luke and Laurin helped me decide that purchasing a new car would be the best route for me to take, and I couldn't be happier with that decision! So to wrap this up, Patrick, Laurin, and Luke all made the process of buying a new car seamless and very exciting! At first I was looking at the Outlanders thinking I needed more cargo room but when I asked questions, Neil was honest with me and helped me decide on the Outlander Sport. When I took delivery, he took nearly an hour going through all the features of the car with me. I've bought or leased a new vehicle every 3 years and that's the first time that's happened in 20 years! Jamison, the finance guy was also great in going through all the fun stuff with me.
