My wife and I went to visit my parents in the twin cities over Thanksgiving, I planned on looking at cars that weekend and was pretty positive I was going to purchase a Hyundai Sonata. Stopped in to look at used cars for son's college commute and ended up with a new Mirage for me. This was the busiest dealership I been to in 40 years so allow some extra time when visiting. I walked in with my daughter (16) and we were greeted with new t-shirts and a Famous Dave's meal! We went to test drive so I could get my 50.00 Target card. I originally went to White Bear Mitsubishi to have my old Mitsubishi looked at. Patrick in service was very helpful and efficient with explaining what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to be to Mitsubishi looked at. Long story short, there was a lot of work that needed to be done and a lot of money needed to ix it. Laurin took me out to the lot so I could look at a few cars I had found online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about each car, she also suggested other options that better fit my needs. Once I had an idea of what I wanted, I met with Luke. He went over financing and explained everything in great detail, it was very helpful! I was having difficulty deciding what I wanted to do and I never once felt rushed or pressured, so that made the process a lot easier for me. Eventually, Luke and Laurin helped me decide that purchasing a new car would be the best route for me to take, and I couldn't be happier with that decision! So to wrap this up, Patrick, Laurin, and Luke all made the process of buying a new car seamless and very exciting! Laurin especially made sure I knew everything there was to know about my new vehicle before I drove off the lot with it! The polar bear and purple flower were a nice touch as well!
