We recently purchased a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES from White Bear Mitsubishi. We loved the fact that the sales people didn’t “hunt us down” in the used car lot. When we walked into the sales room to ask for a test drive, we noticed many customers at sales desks completing their purchase. A sales person was introduced to us right away. We worked with Brian Mensching and he was awesome! Brian was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in answering our many questions. We never felt pressured or hurried. He’s a very positive person and easy to deal with. The entire team (Brian/Sales, Stu/Trade-In, Jamison/Financing) was fantastic! We will definitely be referring our friends and family here. Everyone was helpful and friendly. He was also willing to spend time with us to find the right choice, as necessary. On the day of our purchase, the entire process of buying the car was smooth and pleasant. I give Sig and also Mary and Leslie the highest marks. Regarding the dealer generally, I give it high marks as well. I do have a couple suggestions, however. One is that members of the dealer do not seem to have their efforts coordinated at times. For example, I have had experiences in which I have received an email from one dealer staff regarding a matter that has already been resolved or changed with another staff. Also, I think it would be nice if the dealer did a quick detail of the car before the customer who has just purchased it drives it off the lot. The car I purchased had been on the showroom floor and was generally clean, but I think the dashboard and the windows, for example, should have been wiped off and everything made to look immaculate. I have to admit that I have not seen any other dealer doing the things I'm suggesting here recentrly, but when I worked at a dealer in California many years ago, we did them and I thought they contributed not insignificantly to customer satisfaction with the new care experience. More

We had a price limit that we could not exceed. We were so impressed with the pricing and warranty coverage that Mitsubishi offered that we decided to purchase a new SE model and secure the warranty on a new impressed with the pricing and warranty coverage that Mitsubishi offered that we decided to purchase a new SE model and secure the warranty on a new vehicle, rather than purchas a used vehicle somewhere else that had a lesser warranty. In searching their inventory, we found a LE model with 3,000 miles on it. For a model with many additional features, we decided that we wanted to find a way to purchase the more expensive vehicle. White Bear Mitsubishi lowered the price and was able to meet our pricing needs. We are very happy with the vehicle and the customer service we received! More

When Neal Hinz asked to ride with us he fi I absolutely recommend Whitebear Mitsibushi! In the past I've hated it when a saleman has riden with us. When Neal Hinz asked to ride with us he first suggested that as it was evening that he could guide us through a test route that would give us what we needed to know. I got in in the back seat and my wife drove as this will be her car. It was the best test drive we've ever had. Neal patiently explained the differencess in lights, heat, wipers etc from our Rendezvous before we left and as we drove the 4 mile loop he explained various issues and nuances to us. I could look between the seats and see everything as Neal explained it. Once back at the dealership, Dee and I switched spots and I drove doing many of the things Neal had covered earlier. Once we agreed on the trade-in etc we met Jamison who explained additional services, warranties and options. I know what I want and what I don't want and Jamison explained what I needed to know without pushing things I'd made clear that I didn't need. He was also able to beat my credit union's financing by over 1%. Once done, Neal joined us and spent all the time we needed syncing my iphone and ipad, showing how to do so with Dee's, presetting a couple am and satellite radio stations for us and generally helping us to feel comfortable with our car. No other salesman of either a new car or used, has spent near that amount of time with us before. I've already called Neal this morning and he returned my call in minutes. I think I'm going to enjoy this car and this dealership. More
