Wish I had a good experience I've been reading all of the reviews and man is White Bear Lake Mitsubishi the place to go. Well my experience was anything but five star. First we I've been reading all of the reviews and man is White Bear Lake Mitsubishi the place to go. Well my experience was anything but five star. First we made an appointment to meet with a dealer. You would think making an appointment he would have only you. Not so much he was trying to do two customers at the same time. We did have an easy time with financing on the day of the purchase. It was after all was said and done that the experience went from ok to just plain poor. We ordered weather tech mats and we were told they would be there in a day or two. We got them one week later. My wife and myself called and emailed inquiring why our trade had not been paid off. No voicemail or email was ever returned. While all this was going on we get a call that Mitsubishi needed another signature. Ok fine so we do the signatures that they need. Two days later we get another call that they need another signature. My wife tells them we already did that and he said it was the wrong one. So he emails the forms to sign and they are the ones we already signed. So I forward the first email to him with the signatures. My wife then asked him about the payoff because the payments is now past due. He said it should be fine. Should be fine are you kidding me this is our credit. We pay all are bills on time. Now to not just dog these guys I will say some of the employees are very helpful and friendly. I just hate to read all the reviews of positive experiences and I had the worst car buying experience we have ever had. More

Best experience ever buying a car I had my heart set on an outlander sport and had done all the research and knew that this was the place to go and make that thought a reality! However, even though I did like it I spotted a different vehicle that I thought I wanted to try. It was later in the evening and would have come back but Sunny assured me that it wasn't a problem and was there to help in any way he could. Leslie is also an Angel, she was very dedicated in searching for the best rates. BOTH of them bent over backwards and never pressured me into anything. I'm sad the experience is all over! More

The amount we got for our car on trade was fair and we ended up getting a really good percentage rate on our loan. The salesman Juan was very friendly and helpful. Leslie, the finance person did everything she could to keep our payment within our budget. The whole experience was way better than I expected it to be .We bought a 2015 Outlander Sport and so far we are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely recommend White Bear Mitsubishi to my friends and family. More

Dave greeted me prompley with professional customer service and though out my experience at the dealership everything went so smooth. I wasnt sure if I would even be able to be financed due to bad credit. They we're very quick and I was approved. I was so suprised and one of the best part was the car was brand new. My lease was coming due here in a couple of months, so when we saw Steve, I mentioned that I would be calling him soon to discuss my options. He asked if we had time to discuss it now and I said yes. Steve has been my sales person for 15 years!!! I just love his style, his demeanor, his honesty; he never pushes and always goes above and beyond. Two quick stories: I was considering getting a dark gray car and it was on another lot. Without telling me, he sent someone over to the other lot to get the car. In the mean time, I started to consider getting the red car. So he drove the red car into the service area for me to look at. I fell in love with the color and changed my mind. About 2 minutes later, I saw the gray car pull up. I was so touched that he did that and his response was, the car had to come back anyway. The second story is that I decided to keep my floor mats but they were just filthy. Steve took them and washed them before we put them in my new car!!! Because I've been with Steve these many years, I know what to expect and the whole process took about 3 hours! Steve really cares about making me feel important and happy. He is an excellent sales person and White Bear Lake Mitsubishi Suzuki is very lucky to have him on their team! Thanks Steve! I just love my new car! More
