My wife and I leased a new 2011 Chevy Cruze from White Allen. Todd Rozelle was our sales associate. All of the paperwork involved in turning in our old lease and obtaining the new was prompt and Todd did a great job of explaining all of the various options and forms to us. We will definitely work with Todd and White Allen again in the future because everyone was very professional and yet friendly through all of our experience. We are very happy with our new Chevy Cruze and appreciate that we were treated fairly and with respect regarding our negotiations involving options and price. We had heard that White Allen Chevrolet had a good overall reputation as a dealership. They certainly reflected this with our dealing with them. Upon our arrival they allowed us to look over their inventory at a leisurely pace. All our questions were readily and well answered. The sales people were knowledgeable and all were friendly and helpful. When dealing with the price of the new vehicle, we did not feel overly pressured or pressed to accept anything beyond what we really wanted/needed. The price we were quoted for the new vehicle was very good; as well as a better than expected allowance for our used car. We are very well pleased with our overall experience with them. I would gladly recommend White Allen Chevrolet to our friends and neighbors. More

I've bought more than 40 vehicles in my lifetime and I must say that Tim (White) has himself a real winner in that Henry. He's sharp. You'd never know it from the way he carries himself. I tried to give him a hard time, but he just smiled and said that if he was in my position he'd be doing the same thing himself. Something about him rings true. I know he made money on me, but it sure didn't fell like it. He almost had me feeling bad for beating him down... Another thing..I've never written a review about buying an automobile, but I've never bought one and enjoyed the process either. I've always wondered why the process had to be so adversarial. I always end up in a fight with the sales person and the manager, but not this time. Evern when we did hit a bump I thought Henry was going to go get the manager, but he somehow defused the situation by agreeing with me. I certainly paid more than I intended to pay, but what was said made sense. I think I go what I paid for. I wanted a premium vehilce and I got one. I don't know if I'm happy with White Allen yet as this is the first I've bought from them, but I do know that I've found the guy I want to purchase from in the future. You did a great job Henry. Also you need to get your finance guy to speed it up. All he did was talk about stuff I wasn't interested in and it doesn't take an hour to do what he does. Bill More
