We have been shopping for a new truck for the last 2 months and visited 4 other dealerships. Following the usual runaround, none of them tried very hard to meet our financial requirements or getting the months and visited 4 other dealerships. Following the usual runaround, none of them tried very hard to meet our financial requirements or getting the truck that had the options we wanted. White Allen contacted us and offered a bonus to trade our truck. We set up an appointment, online, and got immediate response from Ralph Broyles, the General Manager no less. They also had 3 Silverados that had the options we wanted. We met with Ralph and he introduced us to John Lawhorn. John had the trucks outside, ready for inspection and ask us to choose one...that didn't take long! He crunched the numbers while Ralph got the appraisal for our trade-in. We were astounded when they came well within our budget, plus we got more truck options than we expected. Darold Gantner finalized the finances and we were out the door in 3 1/2 hrs with our new truck. Going to White Allen was like a completely different world. Everyone was friendly, aware of what was going on, and really wanted to 'earn' our trust and business. There was no pressure or haggling about anything. They gave us the best deal available right from the start. We were thrilled and almost overwhelmed when we left. I sure hope they made a few bucks on the deal. This is like a Mom & Pop dealership. I went to White Allen because it was listed as one of USAA's preferred Chevy dealerships. I couldn't have been happier! They made my first car purchase as painless as possible. I went into the dealership fearful of pushy salesmen but didn't experience any of that. Bill was knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. He even stayed late in order to explain all the features of my new car. I left the dealership very confident in my purchase and thrilled with my new Malibu!!! I highly recommend White Allen, and Bill Conn in particular, for first time car buyers (or anyone for that matter)! More

Less than an 1 hour from the time I submitted the on-line request I had a call & an appointment scheduled. When I arrived I was immediately assisted in a positive, but not pressuring environment. When my sales rep was with another customer so the general manager stepped in and took care of me. I am a well informed buyer & had shopped around. Ralph promised he could make me a deal to beat the others and sell the vehicle on the spot...he did just that.
