Less than an 1 hour from the time I submitted the on-line request I had a call & an appointment scheduled. When I arrived I was immediately assisted in a positive, but not pressuring environment. Ralph promised he could make me a deal to beat the others and sell the vehicle on the spot...he did just that. He even prayed with me when the car I got was over the loan limit, and Don, Todd, and Amanda got it to go through They are a great bunch of people! White-Allen Chevrolet had a wide ranging selection of vehicles. Within minutes of talking with Jon he had a car in mind for me. I mentioned economical as it pertains to fuel efficiency and vehicle pric vehicles. Within minutes of talking with Jon he had a car in mind for me. I mentioned economical as it pertains to fuel efficiency and vehicle price. We toured the lot to the Cruze section. I immediately looked at the Cruze RS which was appealing due to the body kit and wheels but Jon kept me on track with my main concern which was economics and not flash. He helped me find the car I ended up purchasing which was a 2011 Cruze Eco, black on black. I have been very happy with my decision especially this morning when I filled my tank for under $40. The White-Allen team put me in the car I needed/wanted, gave me a great price and I was approved for a low interest rate. If you are in the market for a new car or truck then make sure you stop at White-Allen Chevrolet in Dayton and ask for Jon. More
