I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership back in April, and was very pleased with my experience. I had a Civic previously, and the 2008 Civic they had on hand caught my eye, which was still under 10 April, and was very pleased with my experience. I had a Civic previously, and the 2008 Civic they had on hand caught my eye, which was still under 100,000 miles despite its age, and was a decent price compared to other vehicles I had looked at. What made White-Allen stand out right away from the other cars I had inquired about at other dealerships was the video tour of the car I was sent. This was very helpful in giving me a first look at the vehicle and what it had to offer. I didn't have a working car at the time, and Dan Wenger was more than happy to pick me up for the test drive. He made the process of buying as quick and painless as possible. The financing officer, Justin, was also very helpful in explaining the terms and paperwork so that I could understand it. I am not an expert on purchasing vehicles by any means. The last time I did so from a dealership was in 2006. But all it took was the better part of an afternoon and I drove the car home that day. It's been a few months, and my only (very minor) issue with the vehicle is that the low tire pressure sensor seems to be a little overly sensitive. White-Allen would definitely be at the top of my list to buy a vehicle from again when the time comes. More
Just bought a 2021 gmc Sierra from Vaughn at this dealership. Traveled over 1300 miles to buy this pickup. I didn’t smell the smoke at first when I bought the pickup so they did a good job at covering the odor of smoke for me to purchase the vehicle, however that wore off and it now has a strong smoke odor and I am stuck with trying to figure out how to try and get rid of this smell. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone especially those traveling long distance to buy a vehicle here. Dishonest salesman Vaughn is your typical salesman and I will be contacting his manager on the subject. More

January 2020 I bought a 2016 Malibu that was certified pre-owned with 45,970 miles. In less than 8300 miles, the brakes and rotors had to be changed after fighting with the dealership they did it for no c pre-owned with 45,970 miles. In less than 8300 miles, the brakes and rotors had to be changed after fighting with the dealership they did it for no charge. However, now the car has 87,800 miles and I had to have another brake job of both brakes and rotors. The dealer I took it to today said there was no way this should have happened to a certified pre-owned vehicle if the inspection and repairs are being done properly. I would not trust the sales or service department here. More

I took it there to fix the A.C. was blowing hot on the drivers side, paid for Diagnostics. They said it was rusted shut, voiding the warranty. It's a 2019 and no metal parts. Asked for a picture and they wouldn't give me one. parts were 50% higher than another dealer, Labor was more than double. totaling over $3000 Took it to local ASA certified mechanic, he fixed it for $500 and no parts. White-Allen is nothing but Liars and cheats, Especially Wess. Good luck if you take it there, open your wallet wide. More
