Mike and I had a very good experience with Jerry. Mike talked to him numerous times on the phone and Jerry was very helpful. Jerry was able to answer our questions. After driving 5 hrs to pick up the car, talked to him numerous times on the phone and Jerry was very helpful. Jerry was able to answer our questions. There was a little bit of a wait time for the paperwork to be finished, and Jerry kept us entertained and helped us with directions since we were not from the area. I wanted to share my recent experience with Whitaker Buick GMC. I purchased a brand spankin’ new 2012 GMC Terrain …. And I love it… Smooth Ride, luxurious and modern interior, great fuel economy, an Buick GMC. I purchased a brand spankin’ new 2012 GMC Terrain …. And I love it… Smooth Ride, luxurious and modern interior, great fuel economy, and it can pull all my toys! Dan Fryman was my salesman whoom I was very happy with his service. I did my due diligence shopping around… And true to his word he found the exact vehicle I wanted at a price no other dealership would match. He did much to accommodate me through the entire process. Then there was Bob who set up my financing. He’s a very personable fella, presented me my options, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured one way or the other. He answered all my questions and I got to make the best choice for me. Then there’s the service team, Brian and Scott both have been great…. This is my second vehicle from Whitaker and honestly the quality of the vehicles and the customer service have been exceptional. And Last but not least there’s Renae my favorite receptionist. You can tell by the friendly banter amongst each other that they’re a close nit group at Whitaker and they all work really well together.
