We were in the market for a good used vehicle for a good price. We went all the way to Wausau and wasted half of our day dealing with one of the rudest sales people I have ever dealt with. As we drove back to Medford we stopped and checked every dealership on the way, even went to all the dealers in Medford and still no one was able to help us. We went to Wheelers just to see what they had. My husband was looking at a vehicle Nat came over, handed us the keys and let us take it for a test drive, no questions asked, just nice as could be. We didn't find it to be a great fit Nat said if we didn't love it, it wasn't the car for us. We kept looking then our son took my husband over to a 2011 Dodge Caliber that was nicely priced. We took it out for a drive and really liked it. Nat worked with everyone to get us the vehicle. He got us a great price, really good rate and a low monthly payment. He also was amazing at accommodating our son and his special way with things. I really appreciate everything he did for us. It was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. More

We came to Wheelers to check out the new trucks on the lot on a cold Saturday afternoon (Feb 23) to possibly buy in the future but not expecting the business to be open or talk to anyone. Nat came out onto the lot to speak to us then asked us to go inside to continue answering our questions & give us some figures, which ended up being way past work hours. Nat informed us of the incentives, bonuses, etc... that we could take advantage of before the end of the month which was only a few days away. We ended up trading in two vehicles & buying a new truck on Feb 28 (last day of the month). Had Nat not come out onto the lot that cold day, I know we would not have bought a new truck then & possibly not even this year. Nat was friendly & easy to talk to & ask questions of, & we felt he was honest, which both are very important to us. We felt assured, comfortable & confident with buying locally from Wheelers & hope if we have the need to use your service/repair department, that we will feel just as assured, comfortable & confident in that department as well. We also filled out a different survey that came to us via email about our experience at Wheelers & we hope all those positive comments are shared with Nat as well.
