We were very impressed with both Wheelers dealership and our salesman, Nat. We were shopping for a car for our parents and felt confident they would receive the help they needed when they had questions base our salesman, Nat. He listened well and searched for the car we were looking for. It was great to not have to haggle over price as the first price they gave us was what we had felt would be fair - there was no need for negotiations. Nat was very patient with my parents when they picked up the car and did a good job of anticipating what they would need to know. Nat called both my parents and us the next day to follow up and offer to answer any questions that had risen. The rest of the staff at the dealership were also very accommodating of our needs and even gave our dog treat! They went out of their way to get the information needed for paper work before the pick up date for the car, so everything went smoothly and efficiently on pick up day. We were truck shopping and had gotten a quote from a Ford dealer and stopped at Wheelers to see what they had available. I drive 45 miles to work each way. my vehicle broke down and i had no way of getting home. i contacted Wheelers as i have a GM car. it was late in the day and i was in a jam.
