McKenna did a video call and did a great job showing me the vehicle inside and out and answered my questions before I made the decision to make the big trip. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was super nice and accommodating. The vehicle was in a inside bay waiting for me to go through. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff and they made me feel very comfortable in their house. There was an issue with the blower fan and even on a Saturday a serviceman was able to fix it. Kacie and Sam answered all my questions and took really go care of me. The dreaded negotiation process was actually pleasant. Sam was VERY fair with numbers and turned his computer screen around to show how the numbers where working. Absolutely nothing hidden, total transparency. You can definitely tell that these people love their jobs and care about whoever walks through their doors. Thank you VERY much for the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The warmth and personable touch you guys showed me was/is not gone unnoticed and VERY appreciated. This dealership is not like all the others out there.
