Buying our Buick I had been searching online for Buick vehicles for a few weeks when I found the Buick at Starks. My husband and I stopped in for a test drive and we were directed to Kelly for assistance. Kelly was very welcoming and friendly. Once we made the decision to purchase Kelly went over all of the "new to us" technology features of the vehicle. She even let our daughter help transfer the vehicle plates over so she felt included in the exciting adventure. After a couple days the remote start feature stopped working on the vehicle. We took it in for a diagnosis and worked with the automotive team and management to get all the necessary repairs made at no cost to us. We really appreciated Stark taking this step to get the vehicle back in top working order. Throughout the whole experience Kelly would check in with us every few days to see how things were going. This made us feel like she really cared about her customers and that we just weren't another sale. Thank you Stark Team! We greatly appreciated your Customer Service. More
