Nw Car Purchase We did a lot [hours and hours over several days] of online shopping and lined up three or four vehicles we were most interested in at three Chevrolet We did a lot [hours and hours over several days] of online shopping and lined up three or four vehicles we were most interested in at three Chevrolet dealers: Heritage in Tomahawk, Kocourek in Wausau, Stark in Merrill. We stopped first at Stark and Marty was out staff person who gave us everything we needed and listened well to our intentions. We have driven Impalas for almost twenty years and want to keep going. The offer he came up with convinced us that we could not have done better at any of the other dealers so we decided to call off our other intended comparison shopping visits and bought the vehicle we had found online and come to see. He was professional, thorough, listened, answered all our questions, knew the paperwork well, and less than two hours after arriving we were driving back home in a new car with everything we wanted at an excellent price. This was likely the best experience we have had in the always difficult work of giving up a car you really like for a new one because it is time to move on. More
