I went there for my complimentary oil change on my new Chevy Trax. I was not satisfied with their service at all. Left oil on transmission from changing oil filter, I do not believe they put in the right Chevy Trax. I was not satisfied with their service at all. Also when I was looking for a "cheaper" car there was only one, that was a sad selection. The financer Jason lied and said I had no choice and needed to buy their powertrain warranty, found out that wasn't true so I canceled it. Had to take the car back 6 times in 1 month because the engine light kept coming on again and again. They eventually got the problem fixed. The other sales manager made me cry on my 5th visit when I tried to tell him I was upset, driving an hour every time 6 times total. But oh well! Its fixed now and I hopefully never have to go back. Got a good car and finally running good. More

Our sales person was not pushy which was nice! We were worked with very well when it came to agreeing on a trade in value for our car. The only two real complaints would be that our vehicle came with zero floor mats and we were kind of just dismissed with a sorry and although it has the setup for a hitch to be inserted, it actually is not equipped with a tow package as we asked, unless we were to put one, in making the max towing of 2000lbs rather than 5200lbs. Other than that, service was good and the people were super nice! We would definitely return for any future purchases if a vehicle. More
