Not with Wheelers; I was on the GM website looking at vehicles on a Saturday night and on SUNDAY afternoon received a response from the owner of the dealership and communicated via email couple of times on the pricing. Sean Doepke followed up on all the details and answered my questions. I live about 35 miles from the dealership. Scott came to my place of employment to look at my trade. When I made the decision to buy Sean once again came to me with the purchase contract document. A few days later I traveled to Wheelers to pick-up the vehicle. Sean must have spent close to an hour explaining all of the vehicle functions to my wife and me and activating OnStar and the other electronics.
