This was our first big purchase as far as a newer vehicle and she took her time to make sure we were signed up for our OnStar service correctly as well as showed us all the bells and whistles thoroughly. There was also an issue with moisture being in one of the taillights, when brought to Scott's attention, without any doubt promised they would replace it as he understood how this was a new to us vehicle and wanted everything to be right. It took almost two weeks before I had a rental available to me. Luckily, Caroline had our information and was able to handle almost everything through text, email, and fax. Customer Satisfation through Exceptional Service I happened to come across a vehicle that I was very interested in through Wheelers. My work schedule made it very difficult to find a time within the I happened to come across a vehicle that I was very interested in through Wheelers. My work schedule made it very difficult to find a time within their business hours to come test drive the vehicle. Caroline went above and beyond with accommodating both mine and my husband's schedule. Additionally, the business manager also made accommodations to allow for my husband and I to complete the financing paperwork without having to take time off of work. I never felt rushed when asking questions, discussing trade in, or negotiating prices. Staff offered to stay late to accommodate our schedules. The entire buying process took only 2 days and both Scott and Caroline answered every question and concern that came up. Caroline was very quick to respond to my emails and calls. No details were overlooked especially when talking with me about all of the features and options that the vehicle offered. She has checked in with me on several occasions since purchasing the vehicle to make sure everything was going well. About a week after purchasing my vehicle, I had a service light come on. They were able to fit me in basically anytime I could make work to assess and repair the issue. The service tech (gentleman at counter) assisted me with several questions I had about my vehicle and was more than willing to assist me. I cannot express my appreciation for the amazing service that Caroline, Scott, Courtney (scheduling for service), and the service team for taking the time to make sure the customer is genuinely happy and satisfied through the entire buying process.
